§ 33.12 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE.
   ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 9-2-1 through and including 9-2-144 is hereby adopted as the special assessment procedure to be used in the construction of local improvements in the city.
