A report of the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall be made at least annually to the Mayor and City Council. It shall contain all proceedings under the Fire Prevention Code and NFPA 101 Life Safety Code and with such statistics as the Director of the Fire Prevention Bureau may wish to include therein. The Director shall also recommend any amendments to said Codes, which in the judgment of the Director, shall be desirable.
