§ 31.89 STATUTORY PROVISIONS.
   No provisions of this subchapter shall be construed as being in conflict with ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5. If any such conflict exists, the conflicting provisions of this subchapter shall be separable and void. All pertinent and applicable provisions of the sections of the Illinois Municipal Code, as heretofore and hereafter amended, are incorporated herein by reference.
