§ 31.67 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The compensation of the City Attorney shall be as established by the City Council.

   (B)   All extraordinary or special legal services rendered, including general obligation bond issues, revenue bond issues, or litigation or appearances in courts of record, appearances before federal or state commissions, regulatory bodies or administrative tribunals, special assessment work, zoning and legal work in connection with federal or state projects, including feasibility studies, shall be for reasonable compensation on the basis of the usual legal fees prescribed and approved by the Jo Daviess County Bar Association.
