§ 153.03 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Airport Manager. It shall be the duty of the Airport Manager to administer and enforce the regulations prescribed herein.
   (B)   Applications for permits and variances.
      (1)   Applications for permits and variances shall be made to the Airport Manager upon a form published for that purpose.
      (2)   Applications required by this chapter to be submitted to the Airport Manager shall be promptly considered and granted or denied.
      (3)   Application for action by the Board of Adjustment shall be forthwith transmitted by the Airport Manager.
