§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   A violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined as provided in § 10.99, including costs for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
