The town hereby adopts the International Fire Code, 2009 edition, including appendices, as amended and modified in O.A.C. 748:20-1-1 through 748:20-15-16, and the National Fire Protection Association’s Life Safety Code 101, 2009 edition, including appendices, at least one copy of each being on file in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer. Such codes shall be in full force and effect within the town to the same extent as if set forth in full in this section; provided, however, that in the event of a conflict of any provision of such codes and any provision of the ordinances of the town, the latter shall govern.
