§ 111.10 CONSENT OR INVITATION REQUIRED.
   The practice of going in and upon private residences in the town by solicitors, peddlers, hawkers, itinerant vendors and transient vendors of merchandise and service, not having been requested or invited to do so by the owner or occupant of the private residence, for the purpose of soliciting orders for merchandise or services, or for the purpose of selling, disposing or providing the same, is hereby declared to be a nuisance and punishable as provided in § 10.99.
