It is the duty of any person, having obtained a license for any authorized purpose, to have the same placed or posted in a secure manner in some public place on the premises occupied and used for such business and where the license may be readily seen at any time by any person entering the place of business. Any licensee who does not occupy any certain premises for the conduct of such licensed business shall carry his or her license on his or her person and shall display the same whenever requested.
