(A) Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
KENNEL. Any structure or premises on which three or more dogs over four months of age are kept.
(B) Prohibition. It is unlawful for any person to keep or maintain a dog kennel within the town limits.
(C) Exception. This section shall not apply to a female dog with a litter of puppies for a period of 60 days after the birth of such puppies.
