§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine as provided in § 10.99. Each act in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
