§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The fine for violation of this chapter shall be as set forth in § 10.99, and any amendments thereto.

   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating the rules and regulations in § 73.22 shall be subject to penalty as provided in this chapter.
