The provisions of the State Motor Vehicle Code, 47 O.S. §§ 1-101 et seq., and the rules of the road, 47 O.S. §§ 11-101 et seq., are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference and are enforceable by the town within the town limits as fully as if set out at length herein. One copy of the adopted statutes shall be on file in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer for examination by the public.
