The purpose of this chapter is to defer criminal activity and to offset the costs incurred in the preparing, prosecuting, hearing, and disposing of criminal and traffic cases, and recover the costs associated with the towing, impounding, or seizing of motor vehicles used during the commission of criminal, traffic, or other offenses within the corporate limits of the City of Fulton.
