§ 115.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter, the terms and definitions listed in § 5-7 of the Illinois Simplified Municipal Telecommunications Tax Act (ILCS Ch. 35, Act 636, § 5-7) shall have the same meaning set forth in such section, and § 5-7 of the Act is incorporated herein by reference, as amended.
