§ 154.065 STREET GRADES, CURVES AND SIGHT DISTANCES.
   (A)   The grades of streets shall not be less than .5% nor exceed the following:
      (1)   Major streets, designated as such on the transportation plan: 5% unless prevented by topography;
      (2)   Collector, minor and local streets, service drives and alleys: 10%;
      (3)   Pedestrian ways or crosswalks: 20% unless steps of an acceptable design are to be constructed.
   (B)   All changes in street grades above 1% shall be connected by vertical curves of a minimum length equal to 30 times the algebraic difference in the rate of grade for division (A) of this section and one-half of the minimum for all other streets.
   (C)   The radii of curvature on the centerline shall not be less than the following:
      (1)   Major and collector streets; 350 feet;
      (2)   Local streets, minor streets, service drives and alleys; 150 feet.
