The minimum widths of rights-of-way are as set forth below:
(A) Major street; as designated on the transportation plan, but not less than 80 feet wide in any case;
(B) Collector street; as designated on the transportation plan, but not less than 60 feet wide in any case;
(C) Local street; 60 feet wide;
(D) Minor street and cul-de-sac; 60 feet. Minor service streets provided with curb and gutter may be permitted at 50 feet. All dead-end streets shall terminate in a circular turn-around having a minimum right-of-way diameter of 100 feet;
(E) Alleys and service drive; 20 feet wide;
(F) Easements for utilities, where required, should be at least ten feet wide centered on rear or side lot lines.
