§ 154.025 FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE.

(A) At the time of filing of a plat or replat for approval, the subdivider shall pay to the City Clerk a fee according to the license fee schedule on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.

(B) All fees shall be deposited in the General Fund. No fees shall be charged for processing preliminary plats.
