§ 154.004 EXTENT OF JURISDICTION.

The suggested rules and standards governing plats and subdivisions of land contained in this chapter shall apply to all land within this city. In the event of overlapping jurisdiction, the extent of jurisdiction in this chapter shall be as determined and agreed upon between the county and the city.
