§ 154.003 VARIATIONS.
   The Plan Commission may approve variations from the requirements of this chapter in specific cases which do not affect the general plan or the spirit of this chapter. All such variations shall be communicated to the City Council in writing with the reasons therefor before the final approval of the plat by that body.
