The following regulations shall apply to all signs in an industry district and only signs permitted in this section shall be permitted in an industry district:
(A) Any sign permitted in a business district.
(B) In addition to permitted signs, one additional name sign or sign advertising products sold on the premises may be erected provided the sign does not exceed 36 feet in area and contains no flashing, moving or intermittent illumination.
(C) Signs along primary highways permitted in § 152.09.
