§ 152.04 REGULATION OF SIGNS IN MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICTS.
   The following regulations shall apply to all signs in a multiple-family dwelling district and only signs permitted in this section shall be permitted in a multiple-family dwelling district:
   (A)   Any sign permitted in a single-family dwelling district subject to all the regulations as provided in § 152.03.
   (B)   Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, buildings in a multiple-family dwelling district are permitted signs indicating only the name and/or address of the building, name and location of any management office or management information. Furthermore, all signs shall not exceed 36 square feet or be higher than 12 feet and must be at least 20 feet from any property lines adjacent to any building in a single-family dwelling district or one-acre single-family dwelling district.
