§ 150.36 DAILY FEE FOR OCCUPANCY OF PUBLIC WAY.

Upon approval of the intended route by the Council, a fee of an amount to be determined from time to time by the city for each day or fraction thereof that it is intended that such building shall occupy any portion of such public place shall be paid to the City Clerk, who shall then issue such permit.
