(A) For the purposes of this chapter, the term
DANGEROUS BUILDINGS means and includes:
(1) Any building, shed, fence or other manmade structure which is dangerous to the public health because of its condition and which may cause or aid in the spread of disease or injury to the health of the occupants of it or of neighboring structures;
(2) Any building, shed, fence or other manmade structure which because of faulty construction, age, lack of repair or any other reason is liable to cause injury by collapsing, or by the collapse of any part of such structure;
(3) Any building, shed, fence or other manmade structure which because of faulty construction, age, lack of repair or any other reason is especially liable to fire, and constitutes or creates a fire hazard;
(4) Any building, shed, fence or other manmade structure which because of its condition, lack of repair, lack of doors or windows or any other reason, is available to or frequented by malefactors or disorderly persons who are not lawful occupants of such structure.
(B) Any such structure is a dangerous building and is a nuisance.
