§ 150.04 WOODEN STRUCTURES; STRUCTURAL SPECIFICATIONS WHERE PERMITTED.
   (A)   No wooden or frame building or structure hereafter erected outside the fire limits shall exceed two and one-half stories in height nor cover a ground area in excess of 7,500 square feet, except by special permission of the Council. However, in no case shall a wood frame building be erected within five feet of the side or rear lot line, nor within ten feet of another building, unless the exterior wall nearest said other building shall be of masonry, concrete or other incombustible material not less than three and one-half inches thick, and the doors and windows next to such other building shall be of metal frames and sash and glazed with wired glass.
   (B)   Buildings with wooden framework clad with sheet metal, covered with stucco or veneered with brick shall be classed as wood frame buildings.
