§ 150.02 FIREPROOF CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENT.

Any building or structure intended to be used as a theater, auditorium, school or hospital shall be of fireproof construction. Any building used for the storage of explosives, flammable liquids or for a dry cleaning establishment, or which by reason of its use or occupancy shall create an unusual fire hazard, shall be of fireproof construction.
