(A) The provisions of ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, § 6-16 (a-1), as may be amended by the State of Illinois are hereby adopted in its entirety and by this reference made a part of this section with the same force and effect as though set forth herein verbatim.
(B) Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be subject to a minimum fine of $200 and a maximum fine of $750 for each offense.
