§ 130.13 ADOPTION OF ILLINOIS CRIMINAL CODE AND SELECTED ILLINOIS CRIMINAL ACTS.
   (A)   Adoption of Illinois Criminal Code. Provisions of the State Criminal Code, ILCS Ch. 720, are hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this section with the same force and effect as though set forth herein verbatim.
   (B)   Adoption of part of Illinois Drug Paraphernalia Control Act. Section 2, Section 3.5, Section 4 and Section 6 of the Illinois Drug Paraphernalia Control Act, ILCS Ch. 720, Act 600, are hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this section with the same force and effect as though set forth herein verbatim.
   (C)   Adoption of part of the Cannabis Control Act. Section 3, Section 4, Section 10, and Section 16 of the Cannabis Control Act, ILCS Ch. 720, Act 550, are hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this section with the same force and effect as though set forth herein verbatim.
   (D)   Availability to public. Three copies of all three of the provisions in divisions (A) through (C) of the criminal statutes of the state shall be and remain on file in the office of the city for public inspection.
   (E)   Any person, firm or corporation that violates any provision of any code or act adopted by reference in this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a minimum fine of not less than $100 and the maximum fine shall not exceed $750. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
