§ 113.06 LICENSE FEES.

   (A)   The following fees shall be paid to the City Clerk when an application for a raffle license is filed:

      Aggregate Retail Value of Prizes      Fee

      Less than $500            $5

      $500 or more               $25 plus ½ of 1% of the aggregate retail valueof prizes with a maximum fee of $100.

   (B)   Said application fees are nonrefundable even should the application be rejected by the City Council.

   (C)   The City Council shall have the authority to waive the license fees or to grant any administrative personnel or officer of the City to waive license fees in their sole discretion.
