(A) It is unlawful to maintain or operate a shooting gallery in the city without having first obtained a license therefor. The annual fee for such licenses shall be as set forth in the license fee schedule on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
(B) Applications for such permits shall be accompanied by a bond with corporate surety in the sum of $10,000 conditioned to indemnify the city against loss or damage as a result of the operation of such business or the manner of operating the same.
