§ 112.21 RESTRICTION ON HOURS OF OPERATION.

No billiard hall, or other hall licensed under this subchapter, shall be open for business or used between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.; and further provided that such hall shall not be open between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 12:00 noon on a Sunday.
