§ 112.08 CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION EXEMPTION.
   The provisions of this subchapter pertaining to licenses, permits and fees shall not apply to entertainments, the total proceeds of which are to be devoted to schools, churches or to benevolent or charitable purposes, or to local societies or organizations maintained for the benefit of the public.
