It is the duty of the owner or occupant in charge of the premises in which such shows, amusements, theatricals, lectures or other public entertainments are presented, having seating accommodations for more than 100 persons, to provide and place signs on which the words "No Smoking" shall appear in letters at least four inches high in conspicuous places on such premises, and it is unlawful to smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe on such premises while such entertainment is being offered.
