(A) It is unlawful to conduct or operate any amusement which is open to the public and for which a fee is charged for admission thereto without having first secured a license therefor; provided that this paragraph shall not apply to those amusements which are specifically licensed by any ordinance of the city. Applications for such licenses shall be made to the City Clerk and shall comply with all of the general provisions of the ordinances relating to such applications.
(B) For such licenses, the following fees shall be paid:
(1) Menageries, per day: As set forth in the license fee schedule on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk
(2) Carnivals, per day: As set forth in the license fee schedule on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk
(3) Exhibitions of inanimate objects, per day: As set forth in the license fee schedule on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk
(4) Other amusements, per day: As set forth in the license fee schedule on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk
