§ 111.09 TIME OF SALE.
   (A)   No alcoholic liquor “package” sales or retail sales of liquor, beer and wine for consumption off the premises shall be sold, delivered, transferred, distributed or given away upon or about any license premises by anyone except Monday through Sunday of each week between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:45 a.m. the following day.
   (B)   Except as provided in division (A) of this section for package sales, no alcoholic liquor shall be sold, delivered, transferred, distributed or given away upon or about any licensed premises by any one except during the following period of time on the following days:
      (1)   On Monday through Saturday of each week between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:45 a.m. the following day.
      (2)   On Sunday of each week between the hours of 12:00 noon to 1:45 a.m. the following day.
   (C)   Notwithstanding anything to the contrary anywhere in this chapter, the sale of all alcoholic liquor for consumption off the premises under a Class “A-l” license shall end at 10:00 p.m. every day instead of 1:45 a.m. the following day.
   (D)   Notwithstanding anything to the contrary anywhere in this chapter, the sale of all alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises under a Class “C” license shall end at ten o’clock (10:00) p.m. every day instead of one forty-five o’clock (1:45) a.m. the following day.
