§ 110.44 REVOCATION; HEARING.
   Any license or permit may be revoked by the Mayor and City Council during the life of such license or permit for the violation by the licensee or permittee of any of the ordinance provisions to the license or permit, the subject matter of the license or permit or to the premises occupied, such revocation in addition to any fine imposed. Prior to such revocation of the license or permit, the city must submit to the licensee or permittee a written notice informing him or her of his or her violation of the ordinance, and within the notice, a date for a hearing will be set granting the licensee or permittee an opportunity to be heard by the Mayor and the City Council.
