§ 96.32 STRAY VESSELS OR OTHER PROPERTY.
   All stray river vessels of whatsoever kind or nature, timber or any other personal property found in the water or on the shore of the city facilities described in this chapter, not in the lawful possession or control of some other person, shall be immediately delivered up to the harbormaster. Any such property shall be dealt with in the appropriate provisions of the statutes of the state and the ordinances of the city.
