§ 96.30 REMOVAL OF SUNKEN BOATS.
   If a boat or float sinks in a harbor, it shall be the duty of the owner or owners thereof to immediately remove the same, or the wreck thereof, at their own expense, and on their failure to do so it shall be the duty of the harbormaster forthwith to remove the same at the expense of the owner or owners, and the owner or owners shall be liable for the expense incurred in such removal by the harbormaster.
