Docking fees will be charged on the following classifications of vessels:
(A) Vessels less than 16 feet in length, an amount to be determined from time to time by the city;
(B) Vessels 16 feet and over and less than 26 feet in length, an amount to be determined from time to time by the city;
(C) Vessels 26 feet and over and less than 40 feet in length, an amount to be determined from time to time by the city;
(D) Vessels 40 feet and over and less than 55 feet in length, an amount to be determined from time to time by the city.
