§ 94.61 IMPOUNDMENT.
   The Chief of Police or any other police officer is empowered to summarily impound any animal in violation of this chapter and to hold said animal for a period of ten days, after which the animal may be sold or destroyed as within the discretion of the Chief of Police, should the Chief of Police deem necessary.
