§ 93.07 LIST OF TREE SPECIES PERMITTED ON CITY PROPERTY.
   (A)   It is unlawful to plant, set or permit to grow any tree or bush in any public street, parkway or any other public place under an electrical power line or within ten feet of any electrical power line except the species listed below in this section and only after having first secured a written permit from the city, to-wit:
   Redbud (Cercis Canadensis)
      “Royal Ruby”
      “Spring Snow”
      “Donald Wyman”
      “Indian Magic”
   Cornelian Cherry (Cornus mass)
   Magnolia Stellata
   Japanese Tree Lilac (Syringa Reticulata)
   (B)   It is unlawful to plant, set or permit to grow any tree or bush in any public street, parkway or any other public place except the species listed below and only after having first secured a written permit from the city, to-wit:
