§ 93.05 KEEPING POLES AND WIRES FREE AND AWAY FROM TREES OR SHRUBS.
   Any person, firm or corporation which maintains poles or wires in the streets, alleys or other public places shall, in the absence of provisions in the franchise concerning the subject, keep such poles and wires free from and away from any trees or shrubs in any such public places as far as may be possible, and shall keep all such trees and shrubs near such poles or wires properly trimmed so that no injury shall be done either to the trees or shrubs or to the poles or wires by their contact.
