§ 93.04 TREE OR LIMB LIKELY TO FALL ON PUBLIC WAY; REMOVAL REQUIREMENT.
   (A)   Any tree or limb of a tree which has became likely to fall on or across any street, sidewalk or other public place shall be removed by the owner of the premises on which such tree grows or stands.
   (B)   If such person does not proceed to abate such nuisance within ten days, the City Administrator shall proceed to abate such nuisance, keeping an account of the expenses of such abatement, and such expense shall be charged to and paid by such owner or occupant.
