§ 92.151 PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
   The Mayor, notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in this subchapter, may issue a written special permit, at his or her sole discretion, to anyone upon application and a showing of good cause and taking into consideration the condition of the particular streets requested, authorizing the applicant to use certain city streets or a portion thereof, temporarily, for a specific trip or series of trips. In addition, the Mayor may require such security as he or she deems necessary to compensate for injury to the streets prior to granting such temporary permit.
