§ 92.075 DECLARATION OF NECESSITY.
   It is determined by the City Council that it is in the best interests of the public welfare of the residents of the city that damaged sidewalks or sidewalks that have fallen into disrepair be repaired, and that the repair of the sidewalks shall be regulated by this subchapter.
