§ 92.025 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.

All public streets, alleys, sidewalks and other public ways in the city shall be under the supervision of the Superintendent of Streets. He or she shall be charged with the enforcement of all ordinance provisions relating to such public places and is authorized to enforce such ordinances.
