Every person who creates, causes or permits a nuisance under this subchapter and every owner, occupant, agent or trustee of any premises where such nuisance exists who fails or refuses to abate the same as provided in this subchapter shall be deemed guilty of violating this subchapter; and each day that such nuisance continues after the date of abatement as set forth in the notice required herein shall constitute and be a separate and distinct violation thereof.
