§ 91.38 DELIVERY OR PICKUP OF FOOD OR FOOD CONTAINERS FROM QUARANTINE PREMISES.
   (A)   No person engaged in the delivery of food or drink intended for human consumption shall enter any premises which are quarantined because of the existence of a contagious or infectious disease.
   (B)   No containers or bottles shall be removed from any such premises until the termination of the quarantine, and no container which has been left at the premises during the time of the quarantine shall be used for carrying food or drink intended for human consumption until it has been thoroughly sterilized.
