§ 91.35 PHYSICIAN REPORT REQUIREMENT.
   (A)   Every physician called in to treat or care for any contagious or epidemic disease shall report the same within 24 hours to the health officer.
   (B)   In case no physician is in attendance, it shall be the duty of the person having charge of or in care of such person to make a report within 24 hours from the time the disease is recognized.
