§ 91.21 PERSONAL HYGIENE OF FOOD HANDLERS.

All persons engaged in handling or coming in contact with food or drink intended for human consumption shall keep themselves and their clothes clean, and it is unlawful to permit any person afflicted with any contagious, infectious or venereal disease to handle any food intended for sale for human consumption.
